Fundecyt offers services to prepare and adapt any type of organisation (public or private) to face up to the demands of the Knowledge Society and the New Economy; the new challenges in the field of Information and Communication Technology, Knowledge Management and new Organisation and Business Models such as e-work. e-learning, Organisation learning, Talent Management, Networks or Virtual Communities.
Specifically, the following services are offered:
1.- Awareness. We carry out all kinds of literacy or training activities to enable any project to get underway as efficiently as possible. We can organise a large number of sessions, seminars, workshops, congresses and events. In addition, we can create training and informative materials, such as sector reports, procedure guides and methodologies, etc.
2.- Analysis and Diagnosis. We can help to analyse your organisation in order to determine its current situation with reference to Information and Communication Technology (ICTs) and Knowledge Management, including Talent Management. Generally related to all the thematic areas (Hyperlink).
3.- Advice. We can offer advice, ideas and solutions for the needs of your organisation in any of the thematic areas (Hyperlink) of the Knowledge Society.
4. Knowledge Transfer. As a result of our experience working with many regional, national and international projects, we have a great deal of know-how that we can place at the disposal of your organisation. Especially in the areas of:
