•Promotion and management of projects
•Technological surveillance and technical prospective
•Training and dissemination of RTD actions
•Transference of technology
Our main aim is contributing to the technological emergence and excellence research in our Region entrepreneurship, in order to make them cope with the research and technological development activities which are normally not afforded by them.

DINEX PLAN
It is a funding action, aiming to promote the participation of Extremadura entrepreneurship and other entities, such as research centres, University, chambers of commerce, etc., in national and international RTD+i projects.
Running out this plan, Fundecyt collaborates with two experienced consultancy firms. One of them is from Extremadura, and collaborates promoting and involving projects in national calls (PROFIT, CDTI, etc.). The other national firm is specialised in consultancy and promotion of European projects (7th Framework Programme, etc.).
As regards elaboration of national and European proposals, collaboration with two private consultancy firms is relevant for completing the whole assessment of companies and entities, that starts with the identification of consortium partners, and the fitting of ideas to the adequate funding calls, following with the coordination of partners, and, finally, ending with the elaboration and composition of the final proposal.
The variety of beneficiary companies and entities within this action is as wide as the variety of open calls for RTD+i projects: from entities without research capacity, to technology-based companies. It is specially intended for SME without research capacity aiming to participate in RTD+i projects.
IRC CENEO
The CENEO Innovation-Relay Centre (IRC) is member of the European Network of IRCs, cofinanced by the EU Framework Programme.

REGSTRAT
The RegStrat project is a Co-ordination Action supported by the Regions of Knowledge 2-Program of the European Commission’s DG Research. The project main objective is to bring together, from research and practice, the dispersed knowledge regarding SPI tools such as Foresight, Technology Assessment, Evaluation, Regional Innovation Audits.
RegStrat is based on an ambitious integrating approach harnessing synergies from various knowledge stocks regarding strategic policy intelligence (SPI) tools, at different governance levels, in different policy and policy research fields, and in different actor communities of regional, national and sectorial european innovation systems.
RegStrat aims, therefore, at supporting regional actors in the acquisition of such expertise. As strategic knowledge is both expensive to generate and difficult to translate into day-to-day decision-making, it is also important to facilitate networking and knowledge-exchange between regions and with EU level organizations, taking advantage of the different regional structures, preconditions and processes. Exchanging strategic knowledge across a broader range of policy fields, policy actors and governance levels also meets the growing demand for greater transparency and participation in public decisions.
One of the project actions is the collection of the different SPI tools which best suit the innovation policies for each region. Extremadura will be taken as a model for analysis of this combination of tools to give the region added value, according to the objectives of Lisbon and Barcelona agendas on RTD+i.

ERA-MORE
The European Network of Mobility Centres (ERA-MORE), developed under the European Commission programme, it´s a very effective tool to structure Research collaboration between different countries.
The main objective is to increase the productivity of european research, developing a more dynamic scientific landscape in Europe.
The Net enables researchers geographically spread across Europe and beyond, to maintain a space on the internet where they can share complementary information and experiences, documents, participate in discussion fora and many other advantages.
The Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology-FECYT is the organization in charge of the implementation in Spain of the Spanish Mobility Centres, through the Spanish Mobility Centre.
Although national research programmes have been carried out largely independently of one another, the network members are currently strenghtening links, establishing a platform for exchange with the prospect of CONVERGENCE around common principles, while respecting diversity.
